Herberg Onder de Linden
Steven & Tanja Klein Nijenhuis have been the proud new owners of Herberg Onder de Linden since October 2016. After four wonderful years in restaurant In de Molen in Onderdendam, they made the move and moved to Aduard.
The kitchen is difficult to capture in a style. They work with the most beautiful Dutch products, combined with herbs and preparations from the Far East.
The dishes look simple but are stimulating. The menu is served as a surprise to really take you on a journey of discovery. However, never to countries where they themselves have not been.
If you have an allergy, that is difficult for you but no problem for them. They also do not turn their backs on vegetarian and vegan menus.
