A unique botanical garden around the Petruskerk in Pieterburen. The land once belonged to the pasture, the presbytery of the church, which also served as a farm, so that the pastor could provide for himself. The weem is no longer there, but the arbor from 1710 in which the minister wrote his sermons has been preserved.

In Domies Toen there is a surprising variety of atmospheric elements. Park-like ponds, old trees, formal boxwood hedges, rose beds, flower meadows full of native plant species and, for which the garden is famous, the flowering of many stinzen plants in early spring. Next to the garden is a tea room with a terrace on an old medieval water place.
